Warhammer Survivors characters: 40+ champions and keyword squads
Warhammer Survivors has over 40 playable champions drawn from Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar. Each has unique weapons and starting stats. A keyword system adds followers: if your champion picks up a weapon its keywords do not allow, an ally who can use it joins as a squad member.

How squads work
Every character, every weapon and some items carry keywords. Some champions can only use certain weapons, such as Marneus Calgar's Gauntlets of Ultramar or Gotrek's Zangrom-thaz. Picking up a weapon outside your keywords brings in a follower who uses it for you. Followers attack but cannot take damage or collect items.
Character forms
Warhammer paint pots found on the battlefield unlock new character forms and secrets, according to the Steam page.
